Do You Feel Happiness or Do You Think Happiness?

How immediate do you feel happiness?  How much do you allow yourself to feel happiness? Are you really happy or just thinking you are happy? These are all important questions to ask yourself. As adults we tend to modulate how much we can express happiness in our lives. Our ability to feel happy directly correlates to how connected we are to our level of purpose and how much we allow ourselves to feel. When we live from a place of purpose we live from a place of alignment and from this place of alignment you can feel the happiness and joy in your life.
